The Assistant extension collects information from your Google Meet meetings in order to transcribe and summarize them. The content of the meetings is is sent through an API to an external but secure AI service for transcription and summarization. Aimbly is not responsible for the processing of the content of the meetings and has no control over the storage or use of the content by the external AI service.

If you request that your information be deleted, we will take reasonable steps to delete your information, but please note that some information may be required to be retained for legal or business purposes.
